We offer a wide range of wedding packages to suit all needs. Please note that the packages listed don’t necessarily cover the full scope of our work but serve to provide you with a better understanding of how we can work with you.
We provide full wedding design, planning, co-ordination and production to create a seamless wedding day reflecting and incorporating your individual style. Alternatively we can provide partial planning services dependant on time experience and contacts that you might not have.

Package One - Push Start Planning
From $75 per hour minimum of two hours
Selected the perfect venue but overwhelmed with finding your remaining vendors?
- Booked your florist, but concerned that you can’t find the right band?
- Wondering how a complete design concept would enhance your guests’ experience & give you
- Keep asking yourself “What am I forgetting?”
This package is perfect for a couple who want to plan and organise most aspects about their big day, but need a helping hand in finding the right reception or photographer etc. From designing a wedding concept to vendor/supplier matching or hourly wedding coaching, let us take care of as much or as little of the planning as you need. We can also assist if you wish for us to help with a few of little details or as ‘Ask the Experts’.
Package Two - Partial Planning
From $1,500
This package is for the couple who want help in finding and the booking of the big main aspects of your day, such as ceremony venue, reception venue, photographer, videographer, invitations, transport and more. The couple who would suit this package are those who have the time to do the little things themselves. Or the couple who just don’t know where to start and need a ‘kick start’ or a tailor made ‘rescue me’ package.
Package Three - Complete Package up to the 'Big Day'
From $2,500
This package is for the couple who do not have the time to plan their wedding. This package includes everything from the initial consultation, recommendations and booking of supplier appointments, timetables & schedules regularly updated for before the wedding and itinerary for the big day, unlimited emails and phone calls between Wedding Professionals and yourselves. We will be there from day one up until the big day.
Package Four - Complete Full Day Package incl. the 'Big Day'
From $3,200
This package includes everything in package 3, plus we will be there on the big day making sure everything runs like clockwork. We will be in the background making everything perfect so you don’t have to worry about a thing except for enjoying the day.
Package Five - On the Day
From $875
We can provide the all important ‘On the Day Package’ to ensure everything runs smoothly and oversee all the wedding vendors perform on time and as you have planned. Your mum can enjoy her role as ‘Mother of the Bride’ without having to worry about what is happening around.
This package includes everything in our ‘On The Day Package’ package. We will be in the background making everything perfect so you don’t have to worry about a thing except for enjoying the day.
